The Sensbalance Therapy Cushion is a conventional air-filled cushion with an integrated electronic sensor circuitry board, which connects to your own laptop or computer via a USB cable. On the computer monitor direct visual feedback is provided about the exercises performed by the pelvis and lower back. In this way, users can easily correct and improve their exercising on the spot and see direct results on the screen. Exercising becomes much more effective and entertaining. Games will help to challenge the user even more.
Fully functional Basic Sensbalance Software is included, which consists of basic measurement & recording biofeedback software and 18 therapy- exercise games.
Application:
With the measurement & recording software, the user learns to tilt the pelvis and to increase the mobility in the lower back. The user learns to use the intrinsic, deeper-laid tiny muscles around the lumbar spine instead of the global, superficial muscles. Step by step the software games are becoming increasingly challenging. It starts with simple linear movements to reach a target in one direction and progresses to linear movements in two directions or circular movements and evolves to exercises with multiple balls where movements in any direction are required with a continuously increased demand on control and coordination. While playing, core stability, small correctional movements, coordination and control are trained in a very challenging game environment. The Sensbalance Therapy Cushion can be used for problems in the pelvic area, regain control/feeling in the lower back and increase mobility, increase core stability, posture correction and posture control, and relaxation and concentration exercises.

NMC Software:
NMC Tests means Neuro Muscular Control tests, and it consists of a number of fully adjustable balance tests. The software calculates up to what point the person is able to perform within the outlines of the exercise, and it will give a score per test. The tests and their duration can be adjusted. Individually applicable and very handy! Once it is adjusted, the same test can be repeated by just pushing a button. Time and results are easy to compare with previous tests. Within this module, we find the following balance tests:

Tilt View & Pen View
In the case of the 3D Cervical Trainer, these exercises can be done both in Tilt View (Flection-Extension, Lateral Flection) and in Pen View (Flection Extension, Axial Rotation).
Fully adjustable balance exercises
During exercises, the cursor and the movement track can be made visible if so desired. The duration of each test can be set from 10 to 240 seconds. Every exercise can be adapted based on dimensions, orientations or relative distance to the middle. Each test can be turned into a proprioception exercise by turning off all visual feedback. Afterwards, a view of the movement track is available.
Test results
At the end of each test, the full movement track is automatically shown. Combined with a graphic view of the movement data and the different performance scores, this gives a sharp insight into Neuro Muscular Control.
