The Kinvent Physio K-Move is an innovative sensor that can measure and assess the range of motion/posture of clients and athletes. By using biofeedback technology, human movements and postures can be objectively recorded and analysed. With an integrated inertial sensor, the K-Move is ideal for monitoring the rehabilitation of patients or the performance development of athletes.

Kinvent K-Move - goniometer for movement analysis. Kinvent Physio offers interactive rehabilitation training for professional athletes, physiotherapists and sports scientists. The K-Move sensor enables the measurement of range of motion and posture, supported by biofeedback technology. The results are displayed in real time on the app and motivate users to train effectively.

Features:

  • Biofeedback technology for real-time analysis of movements and postures
  • Integration into the Kinvent Physio app with entertaining training games
  • Recording and tracking of training results over time
  • Includes accessories and reduced app demo version
  • Versatile analysis of the range of motion of different Joints
  • Entertaining rehab games to motivate patients and athletes
  • Progress tracking and reporting

What can the K-Move Measure?

  • Analyses the range of motion: measures the maximum amplitude of movement for a specific body joint in an anatomical plane (flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, rotation). The maximum corresponds to 100 % of the range of motion.
  • Endurance and fatigue: Measurement of the average force maintained over a defined period of time as a relevant indicator of endurance.
  • Muscle symmetry: Often used for severe injuries that require a long rehabilitation process and the use of instruments to measure progress over time.

Specifications:

  • Minimum requirements: Android 5.0+ and iOS 10.0+, Bluetooth Low Energy
  • Weight: 20 grams
  • Dimensions (H x W x D): 12.5 x 34.5 x 44.5 mm
  • Radio range: Up to 40 metres
  • Maximum accelerations: +-16g
  • Static accuracy: 2°
  • Dynamic accuracy (head, pitch, roll): 7°, 2°, 2°
