The Reusable hot & cold pack is made of durable, soft-touch material and is gentle on the skin. The pack stays flexible to mould firmly to the knee, back, ankle, shoulder etc., for targeted hot or cold compress and therapeutic relief from strains, sprains, or pains.

For use as a Cold Pack
- Store the pack in the freezer for 1.5 hours before use.
- Wrap or cover the pack with protective material, then apply to the injured area.
- It is recommended that you put the cold pack on for 15 minutes, then leave the cold pack off for 15 minutes.
For use as a Hot Pack
- Microwave the pack on high power (100%) for 20 seconds.
- Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- Microwave the pack for an additional 20 seconds.
- Allow the pack to stand for 20 seconds, before removing it from the microwave.
- Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- To use, wrap or cover the pack with protective material, then apply to the injured area. Similarly, it is recommended to put the hot pack on for 15 minutes, then leave the hot pack off for 15 minutes.
Storage:
Keep away from extreme heat and open flame.
